槟榔高产育种的理想株型设计

摘要 本研究通过对槟榔高产株型的分析和育种栽培的实践,提出了"基于理想株型设计的槟榔高产育种"思路。理想株的叶片呈明显披垂型,与主杆间的夹角为70.5°±3.35°,这种叶片的空间分布可能有利于阳光的吸收。理想株的第一苞发育节位数和初始节位高度显著较低,在第6节至第7节开始苞的分化和发育,初始节位高度为45cm左右。理想株的果穗分枝数在14个左右,与其它株型基本一样,但果穗小花数为179±19.9个,显著高于其它株型。理想型株型植株矮小,节间长度较短,叶片较大,散状披垂,展开角度较大,有利于接受更多的光照,进行光合作用,产生更多有机物。 In present research, we put forward the strategies for high-yield betel breeding by perfect plant architecture based on design of plant type andimplementation of breeding program. Perfect plant would be defined as dwarfing plant, with short internodes and large drooping leaf. The distribution of the leaves would be depended on the angle between the leaf and its host trunk, obviously a wide angle would facilitate to absorb much more sunlight for photosynthesis and to provide plenty of assimilates. In this breeding program, we found out that the perfect plant has distinctly large drooping leaves with the angle of 70.5°±3.35°, which might facilitate to absorb the sunlight. The virgin panicle of the perfect plant do appear in the bottom of the plant, which generally differentiates on the sixth node or seventh node with approximately 45 cm bottom margin. Basically, the panicle of perfect plant has about 14 branches similarly with that of common plant, whereas the number of the flowerets in the panicle of perfect plant might be up to 179±19.9 significantly more than that of other plant types.
