Beer cross-flow filtration is a brand new technology to advance all-round beer industry technical innovation. Some thoughts on and practice of process optimization and filter Clogging solutions were developed by filtration analysis. The economic benefits of this matured technique were assessed. The analysis revealed that the new technology could get a promising development.
