摘要
准确把握新形势下新疆"三股势力"违法犯罪活动的新特点,对于我们正确运用法律武器严厉打击"三股势力"犯罪有着重要的现实意义。文章通过分析新疆打击"三股势力"司法实践中存在的问题,提出加强社会管理、完善我国相应法律和加强国际反恐怖合作的法律建议和对策。
To acquire an accurate understanding of the new characteristics of illegal criminal acts committed by the three evil forces of terrorism,separatism and extremism of Xinjiang in the new situation is of important practical significance for us to crack down on criminal acts by the three evil forces of terrorism, separatism and extremism.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in judicatory practice against the three evil forces of terrorism,separatism and extremism of Xinjiang,the article puts forward legal suggestions and countermeasures of enhancing social administration,improving relevant legislation of our country and strengthening international anti-terrorist cooperation.
