摘要
利用金红石型纳米TiO2制备成浆料对水性氟碳建筑外墙涂料进行改性,并研究了改性水性氟碳涂料的影响因素,结果表明,当分散剂用量为0.3%,氟碳乳液用量控制在50%~55%,无机纳米粉体的用量为3%时,改性氟碳涂料的性能最好,且改性后的氟碳涂料不仅克服了龟裂现象,而且综合性能得到了大幅提高。
Waterborne fluorocarbon architectural exterior walt coating modified by rutile nanometer TiO2 slurry was studied, and its influencing factors were studied too. The results showed that the behaviour of modified coating was the best when the dosage of dispersant was 0.3%, the fluorocarbon resin content was controlled from 50% to 55% , and nano-TiO2 content was 3%. The modified coating not only overcomed chap, but also the integration property had been extremely advanced.
