摘要
学术界对“农业”和“产业化”都有过比较深入的讨论但对“经营”两字研究不多。本文从探讨经营入手，着重分析经营与农业，经营与农业产业化的发展、基础、组织及体制等诸方面的关系，从而对农业产业化经营的内涵、地位及政策等从理论上加深理解。
Agriculture' and 'industrialization' have been discussed earnestly in academic theoretical circles but the word 'management' has not been seriously considered. This paper starts..discussing management and puts stresses in analyzing the relations between management and agriculture. management and development, bases, organization and structure of agricultural industrialization, and therefore deepening the comprehension of agricultural industrialization, its inclusion, its status and the policies for its development,theoretically.
