摘要
论述了农业清洁生产的内涵,分析国内外农业清洁生产的情况得出,农业清洁生产是21世纪农业可持续发展的必然选择。从农业输入(能量输入、物质输入、信息输入),生产系统(种殖业、畜禽养殖业、农副产品加工业、农民生活),农业输出(能量输出、产品和废物输出、信息输出)多方面、分层次构建我国农业清洁生产的发展模式,提出推进我国农业清洁生产的技术设计路线和政策措施建议。
After discussing the connotation and analyzing the situation of agricultural cleaner production in this paper, it finds out that the agricultural cleaner production is an essential choice for 21^th century sustainable agricultural development. Then it constructs the development model of agricultural cleaner production in layers from agriculture input （energy input, material input, information input）, production system （plant culture , livestock and poultry breeding, agriculture production development, farmer＇s life）, and agriculture output （energy output, production and waste output, information output） etc.. In the end, it presents some technique design method and policy measures to propose the development of agricultural cleaner production.
