摘要
目的:了解我院门诊中药注射剂使用情况。方法:采用回顾性分析,对我院门诊西药房(实行计算机管理后2008,4.18-6.30两个单元药柜的全部处方共3093张进行分组统计分析,并据此提出合理用药建议。结果:我院门诊中药注射剂联合用药(中药与中药、中药与化学药)高于单一用药,占使用中药注射剂处方总数的59.51%,中药注射剂超剂量用药占使用中药注射剂处方总数的34.63%,离退休组居第一位,学生组无一例超剂量用药。结论:我院中药注射剂使用需进一步规范,医、药、护人员要为患者把好安全用药关。
Objective： To know the use of the traditional Chinese dug injections prescriptions for outpatients in our hospital. Methods： Three thousand and ninety three drug prescriptions collected from 18th, April to 30th, June, 2008 were analyzed to propose suggestions of reasonable use of the traditional Chinese dug injections. Results： The combined use of the traditional Chinese dug injections is higher than the singular use. The former is 59.51% of all the traditional Chinese dug injections prescriptions, of which 34.63% is over-dosage of the traditional Chinese dug injections prescriptions. The highest is the veteran group while the students group is none. Conclusion： The use of the traditional Chinese dug injections should be further normalized and all the medical professionals are obliged to guard patients from ADRs resulting from the overuse of the traditional Chinese dug injections.
