摘要
本文描述了现代信息技术对教育的影响及“计算机基础”课程普遍存在的问题，指出传统的教育模式已不适应信息社会的需要。根据国内外教育发展现状及本校的具体情况，提出了当代技术应用下的新的教学模式及一种多媒体网络教学系统的软件、硬件方案。高等教育只有利用现代新技术进行教学改革，才能尽快过渡到现代化的教学模式。
This paper describes the influence of modern information technology on education and the prob-lem been in the course of Computer Basis.The scheme of hard ware and software of multimedia networkteaching system and a new teaching model are presented based on the concrete conditions of our universityand the present situation of developing in internal and external education.The traditional teaching model isnot suitable to the information society.Only do highter education utilizes modern technology to carry out theteaching reform,the modern teaching model will be achieved.
