摘要
土壤中有效态硒含量的测定方法不多,提取剂各异,常用的有去离子水煮沸浸提后测定。根据Williams等试验证明,植物硒吸收量与EDTA浸出的土壤硒含量正相关,结合新疆土壤的特点,我们选用EDTA浸提法测定土壤中有效态硒。为此进行了不同浸提剂浸提测定土壤中有效态硒的试验方法对比,对比结果EDTA浸提法测定土壤中有效态硒含量较为理想,现将其方法介绍如下:
This article tested the EDTA Abstraction Method to determine theavailable Selenium in desert soil. The test found that theresult of EDTAAbstraction Method is more stable and higher precision than the met-hods of Boiling Distilled Water Abstraction and DTPA Abstraction Me-thod which are conventional used.
