摘要
在川店镇农村综合疾病监测点１～１０岁儿童中，用队列研究和配比病例对照研究方法，对国产Ｓ７９株流行性腮腺炎减毒活疫苗进行了流行病学效果评价，经过一个流行期，接种组发病率为６．６１‰，对照组为３１．２８‰，疫苗保护率为７８．８７％，疫苗效果指数为４．５２。配对病例对照研究获得的疫苗保护率为７５％。
An evaluation on the epidemiological effect of S79 live attenuated mumps vaccine produced by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products was carried out inchildren aged 1 to 10 years in the Chuandian disease surveillance area by cohort study and matched case-control study There sults showed that the incidence of mumps in the vaccinated and the control groups were 661‰ and 3128‰ respectively after an epidemic period, and that the vaccine effect of cohort study and matched case-control study were 7887% and 75% respectively, and the effective index of vaccination was 452
