摘要
目的探讨处方质量管理的方式和方法。方法每月随机抽查约10%的处方,按照前记、正文、后记3个部分等23项内容进行考核,对每月反馈进行纠偏。结果处方书写质量稳步提高,达到提高医疗质量的目的。
Objective To study the ways and methods of the prescription quality control. Method Spot check the prescriptions about 10% randomly every month, 3 parts of preface, text, postscript and 23 contents such as the medicines name, dosage are examined. Office unqualified 1 - 3 is considered a failed prescription, carries on the analysis to each month's feedback. Result The inspection may make doctor realize the importance of the correct written prescription and make the prescription writing quality enhance with steady steps.
