摘要
目的:观察益智仁水提物对β淀粉样肽(Aβ)所致小鼠学习记忆障碍模型的影响以及作用机制研究。方法:小鼠侧脑室注射凝聚态Aβ4nmol,次日开始给予益智仁水提物,10天后开始进行Morris水迷宫训练,检测各组空间学习记忆能力以及皮层、海马组织内的炎性细胞因子(IL-6、TNFα)的变化。结果:与模型组相比,益智仁水提物可显著提高小鼠的空间学习记忆能力,减少皮层和海马组织内的炎性细胞因子的表达。结论:益智仁水提物可改善Aβ所致的空间学习记忆能力下降,其机制可能与其抑制炎性细胞因子的产生有关。
Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of sharpleaf galangat fruit extract on learning and memory dysfunction induced by β-amyloid in mice.Method:The mice were treated with 4 nmol β-amyloid by intracerebroventricular injection.Since the second day the mice given sharpleaf galangal fruit extract for 10days.Subsequently, the water maze test and radioimmunoassay were applied to evaluate the spatial learning ability and the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in cortex and hippocampi.Resuit:Compared to the modlel group, sharpleaf galangal fruit extrac can improve the spatial learning ability and reduce the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in cortex and hippocampi.Conclusion:The mechanism of sharpleaf galangal fruit extrac can improve the spatial learning ability may have business with its inhibiting ability on serum levels of cytokines.
