摘要
目的：根据节段间的运动变化，定量地分析前纵韧带切断对腰椎三维运动的影响。方法：采用８具新鲜成尸腰椎，通过脊柱三维运动实验机施加最大载荷为１０．０Ｎｍ的６种力偶，使脊柱产生前屈、后伸、左／右侧弯和左／右轴向旋转运动。经立体摄像计算机图像处理得到Ｔ１２～Ｌ１节段的运动范围（ＲＯＭ）。先对完整标本进行测量，其结果为自身对照组。然后在Ｔ１２～Ｌ１节段依次切断椎间盘前方的前纵韧带１／３、２／３和全部。结果：前纵韧带切断１／３后，脊柱后伸ＲＯＭ稍增加；切断２／３和全部，后伸ＲＯＭ显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：本实验证实：①前纵韧带切断１／３不影响脊柱的稳定；②切断２／３和全部后伸ＲＯＭ显著增加。
