摘要
目的:探讨24h动态脑电图(AEEG)和动态心电图(AECG)监测对晕厥患者的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析115例晕厥患者的24hAEEG和AECG监测结果。结果:115例患者中诊断为脑源性晕厥或症状性癫痫12例,心源性晕厥36例,疑为反射性或其他晕厥67例。结论:24h AEEG/AECG监测对晕厥的患者具有重要的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。
Objective：To explore diagnostic value of 24-hour AEEG and AECG monitoring in patients with syncope.Methods：The results of 24-hour AEEG and AECG monitoring in 115 patients with syncope were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The diagnostic results of 115 cases were I2 cases of cerebral syncope or symptomatic epilepsy,36 cases of cardiogenic syncope,67 cases of reflexible syncope and other syncope respectiveLv.Conclusions：24-hour AEEG and AECG monitoring might be of important diagnostic and differ-ential diagnostic value in patients with syncope.
