摘要
姚培发教授以经方桂枝汤为主，随证加减，治疗寒凝气滞血瘀，情志不畅，肝郁气滞，冲任失调的闭经；风寒湿邪，乘虚侵袭，注入经络，留于关节，气血受阻的痹证；气阴两伤，胸阳不运而致心悸；久病正虚，肝病及脾，脾虚中寒的虚劳，皆获佳效，并附验案。
Professor Yao Peifa is good at Using Gui Zhi Decoction.Five kinds of syndromes were treated chiefly with the decoction by Yao Peifa.The syndromes include melancholia caused by stagnation of cold,Qi and blood;Bi syndrome caused by wind-and-cold and stagnation of Qi and blood;palpitation of the heart caused by deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and suppression of the chest Yao;Xu Lao caused by deficiency of spleen-Yang;amenorrhea caused by liver stasis and disorder of Chong and Ren channels.
