摘要
目的：观察中药复方保肺饮（ＢＦ）对实验性肺癌的防治作用。方法：在支气管注射三甲基胆蒽（ＭＣＡ）诱生大鼠肺癌过程中用ＢＦ进行防治，对已发生癌变的动物统计体重变化、病理检查癌变程度及炎症并发情况。结果：ＢＦ可以明显减轻癌性病变程度、减少炎症并发，减轻体重下降。结论：ＢＦ对实验性肺癌有明显防治作用。
bjective:To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Bao Fei Yin (BF) on experimental lung cancer. Methods: Pulmonary carcinoma was induced by intrabronchial injection of 3-methycholanthrene(MCA) in rats. The weight, pathologic grades ,and complications of pulmonary inflammation were studied in rat lung cancer models and the effects of BF. Results:BF could relieve the pathologic grade of lung cancers, lessen the inflammatory complications and slow down weight loss. Conclusion: BF is of value in effective treatment and prevention of lung cancers induced by MCA in rats.
