腹腔镜下卵巢良性畸胎瘤剔除术76例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性畸胎瘤剔除术的技巧和效果。方法对76例卵巢良性畸胎瘤行腹腔镜手术,与同期76例采用开腹手术的卵巢良性畸胎瘤进行对照。结果76例腹腔镜手术均成功,无中转开腹、术后出血或并发症。腹腔镜手术组手术时间、术中囊肿破裂率与开腹手术组差异无显著性;术中出血量、术后病率、术后使用镇痛药、术后住院日少于开腹手术组,差异均有显著性。结论腹腔镜下卵巢良性畸胎瘤剔除术具有损伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是值得首选、推广的手术方式。
