摘要
通过对近１４年入院治疗的１１８例ＵＣ病人的分析，探讨青黛散保留灌肠配合中药口服治疗ＵＣ的临床经验。结果显示：近期治愈４８例；有效６５例；无效５例。提出了：ＵＣ是全身性疾病在结肠的局部表现，治疗上应采用整体和局部相结合的方案，即攻补兼施，标本兼治。
According to the diagnostic cretiea by national chronic non-infective enterial disease symposium,in 1993.118 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were treated with Qingdai San and oral administration traditional midicines.It's results that 48 cases were recent curation(40.7%),65 cases were effective(55.1%),5 cases were uneffective(4.2),total effective rates were 95.8%.It's suggested that the ulcerative colitis be local expression of whole-body disease.It's consistant with the opion of Chinese and modern medicine.The combination of integral and local therapy had a better effect,which reinforcement and elimination in combination,the origin and the superficiality are treated at the same time.The integral therapy include regulation of internal enviorment with severe dampness symptoms,that's disturbance of immune factors,enterial enzyme and protective substance,Local therapy include theatment of local symptoms such as infection,bectetial alergy and ulcer etc.
