摘要
驱动系统的可靠性问题得到了广泛关注,本文提出了8/6极双凸极永磁(DSPM)电机驱动系统容错型拓扑结构,并建立了场路耦合联合仿真模型。在对8/6极DSPM电机的运行特性及常见的故障状况进行详细分析的基础上,对此拓扑结构的控制策略以及电机在不同工作状态下的运行特性进行了分析研究,样机的实验结果验证了该拓扑结构的有效性以及仿真分析结果的正确性。仿真和实验结果表明,此拓扑结构可以有效地降低故障对电机运行产生的影响,从而为8/6极DSPM电机驱动系统的容错控制打下了基础。
The reliability of the drives is extremely important. In this paper, a new fault tolerant drive topology for an 8/6-pole doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor is proposed. Based on co-simulation of magnetic and electrical circuit solvers, operation characteristics of the proposed topology under various conditions are simulated. Finally, the proposed topology is validated by experiments. Both simulation and experimental results show that the proposed topology can enhance the electromagnetic performance of faulty operation, and lay a foundation for the further research on fault tolerant strategy.
