摘要
回顾了宝钢自动化技术的发展,简要介绍了研发部门成立以来在自动化信息化领域取得的主要工作成果,特别是从历史、现实及技术特征等多角度总结了宝钢自动化研发的定位与取舍,分析了技术需求的来源与变化。结合企业不断变化和提升的技术需求、国内外新技术动态,论述了自动化信息化领域研发的重点与打算,包括基础自动化、过程控制、生产管理、基础能力等领域。最后列出自动化主要成果一览表,提出需要反思的问题。
The development of automation technology in Baosteel is reviewed. The main results in the fields of automation and information achieved since the stablishment of Baosteel Research Institute are introduced. Especially,the position of the automation R＆D in Baosteel is summarized in the view of history, reality and technical features, etc. , and the sources and changes of the technology requirements are analyzed. Combined with the demands of the business and technology upgrading, as well as the technology trends at home and abroad, the main research work and research plans in the field of automation and information are discussed, which include the basic automation, process control, production management, the basic research ability, etc. Finally, the automation achievements made in Baosteel are listed and some existing problems that need rethinking profoundly are proposed.
