摘要
目的建立测定阿替洛尔及其片剂中阿替洛尔含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用外标法。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸二氢钾6.8g,加水溶解并稀释至1000mL,用磷酸调pH至3.0)700mL加甲醇300mL与辛烷磺酸钠1.30g混匀,作为流动相,检测波长为226nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果阿替洛尔质量浓度在10~300μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为A=43.1726C-116.3178(r=0.9996)。结论HPLC法简单、准确,可用于阿替洛尔片的含量测定。
Objective To determine the contents of atenolol in atenolol and Atenolol Tablets. Methods HPLC was carried using the Inertsil ODS- 3(250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column. The mixture of 700 mL phosphate buffer solution (dissolving 6. 8 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate with water and diluting to 1 000 mL, adjusting pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid), 300 mL methanol and 1.30 g sodium octanesulfonate as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 226 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Atenolol showed the good linearity in the range of 10-300 μg/mL, the regression equation was: A =43. 172 6C-116. 317 8 (r=0. 999 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It is suitable to determine the content of Atenolol Tablets.
