摘要
国际地圈、生物圈计划-IGBP(Inte-rnational Geosphere-Biosphere Programme)是国际科学联合会(ICSU)(?)1983年筹备组织的以全球变化为中心的国际合作研究,并于1986年9月ICSU第21届大会上获得通过。1986年12月中国科学院组织了IGBP研讨会,并酝酿在我国建立组织的问题。著名大气物理学家叶笃正教授指出:IGBP是一个整个地球系统及其支持生命的独特环境为对象,研究发生在该系统内并受人类活动影响的物理、化学。
From the self-organigation theory Point of view, the authorresearched the relationship between IGBP and the change of earth-system,and studying some subjects as follows: stare of the changeof earth-system; irreversible processes and complicacy of earth-sy-stem; envionment subsystem and its organigation and self-organiga-tion of earth-system; there are some possibility ad difficulty po-sifion in establishing earth-system model, finally, pointing out s-ome subjects of NGBP in china.
