知识溢出的空间有限性与企业R&D集聚——中国企业R&D数据的空间计量研究 被引量:12

摘要 知识在一定程度上具有的隐性特征,限制了知识溢出的空间距离.企业只有依靠在地理上集聚,产生信息共享的邻近效应,才能尽可能地扩大对溢出知识的吸收能力.集群环境加速了企业间的知识溢出,使群内企业低成本地获取溢出知识,并降低获取创新资源的成本与不确定性.本文考虑了经济外部性的作用,对一般的知识生产函数进行改进,借助空间计量模型,对中国省级数据进行分析,从知识溢出的角度证实了企业R&D活动集聚的内在机理. Knowledge has some characteristics of tacitness, which limits the spatial distance of knowledge spillover. Only with the geographical agglomeration resulting in the proximity effect of information share, can enterprises enhance their absorptive ability of spill-out knowledge as much as possible. Cluster environment accelerates the inter-firm knowledge spillover, helping the in-group enterprises' decrease their cost to get spill-out knowledge and reduce their cost and uncertainty to acquire innovation resource. Taking into account economic externalities, it improves the general knowledge production function and analyzes the Chinese provincial data with the space computation model. The results vali- date the inherent mechanism of enterprises R&D aggregation.
