摘要
文章介绍了地中海式建筑结合当地特有的地理及气候所形成的具有鲜明区域特色的建筑风格,分析了当前上海房地产开发中引入地中海式建筑风格,建造高端低密度住宅的实践中存在的不足,提出了既符合本地生活习惯,又保留原有地中海风格的建议。
The author not only introduces the Mediterranean architecture combined with the architectural style of distinct regional characteristics which is formed by the particular local geography and climate, but also analyzes the deficiencies in the practice of constructing high-class, low-density apartments when the Mediterranean architectural style is being introduced into real estate development in Shanghai at present, making the suggestion that we should follow the local habits and customs and meanwhile retain the original Mediterranean style.
