摘要
为了提高涂层的润滑与防腐性能,研制了一种以聚脲树脂为基料,以聚四氟乙烯(PDEF)、滑爽剂(PE)、硅微粉等为主要填料的润滑防腐涂料,对涂层耐磨性、摩擦因数、附着力、防腐性能进行了测试,表明涂料不仅具有无溶剂、环保、防腐性能高的优点,还具有较低的摩擦因数。
In order to improve lubriation and corrosion resistance, an lubriation anticorrosion coating was pre pared with resin as matrix material, PDEF, PE Si power as main filler. The test results of wear resistance, friction factor, adhesive force, corrosion resistance show that the coating doent containt solvent. And it not olny has environment protection performance and high corrosion resistance, but also has low wear foactor.
