摘要
提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的对FMS运行状态进行监测的新方法。首先对长春FMS试验中心的系统结构及运行原理进行了分析,提出了FMS状态信号监测方法,在此基础上进行了监测系统框架结构的设计。最后,提出了系统软硬件的设计方案,并针对加工中心的关键部位开发了基于虚拟仪器的FMS状态监测系统。
It presents a new method of the integrated monitoring on the running state of FMS based on Virtual Instrument. Firstly,analyzes the system structure and operational principle of Changchun FMS Center,puts forward the monitoring methods of FMS state signals ,then Sets about the design of frame structure. Finally,puts forward the hardware and software design of the monitoring system,and pointing The key parts of Machining Centers makes the development of FMS state monitoring system based on Virtual Instrument.
