摘要
介绍了制备取向聚乙烯的口模拉伸工艺及其特点,该工艺适宜的口模温度为低于树脂熔点10~40℃,拉伸速度一般小于15 m/min。利用口模拉伸工艺制备的取向聚乙烯的力学性能具有高度热敏感性,材料的热收缩率很高,且收缩时具有一定的收缩力。并指出了取向聚乙烯的应用领域。
The die drawing process and the main characteristics of oriented polyethylene (PE) was reviewed in this paper. The oriented PE with high mechanical properties could be prepared at the die temperature lower than resin melt point by 10-40℃ and drawing rate less than 15 m/ min for a given die and PE monofilament. The mechanical properties of such oriented PE were rather sensitive to the process temperature, and the thermal shrinkage of the material was also high. The application fields of the oriented PE were also discussed briefly.
