摘要
对苯二甲酸二甲酯、3,5-间苯二甲酸二甲酯苯磺酸钠通过与乙二醇的酯交换及熔融共缩聚反应,得到了一组不同离子含量的离聚物。分别采用红外光谱分析和原子分光光度法对产物中离子基团进行了定性和定量表征;考察了产物中离子含量对其特性粘度的影响;并利用DSC、TGA、WAXS、显微照相等实验手段对产物的热性质、结晶性等进行了研究。
A series of polyester ionomers with various cotents of sulfonate group are prepared from dimethyl terephalate (DMT) and dimethyl (sodiosulfo) phathalate (SIPM) by ester- exchange reaction and then melt co - polycondensation. The ionic groups in the polymers are qualitively and quatitively characterized by means of infra - red absorption spectrosco-py and flame atomic absorption spectrometry respectively. The influence of the ion contents on the intrinsic viscosities of the ionomers are investigated; the thema; and crystalline properties of the ionomers are studied by TGA, DSC, WAXS and polarizing light microscopy.
