两种药物灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效对比 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察丝裂霉素C、噻替哌预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的远期疗效。方法将1998年10月至2003年10月的84例浅表性膀胱癌患者随机分为丝裂霉素C组(41例)和噻替哌组(43例),对比观察两组的肿瘤术后复发率。结果丝裂霉素C组和噻替哌组术后肿瘤复发率分别为41.5%和46.5%。经统计学处理,两组的肿瘤复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论浅表性膀胱癌术后经过丝裂霉素C、噻替哌灌注治疗均可以有效地减少肿瘤复发,二者疗效近似。
