摘要
目的分析影响术中冷冻切片病理诊断准确性的因素。方法回顾性总结本院2004年1月至2006年12月间2651例术中冷冻常规病理切片的病理诊断。结果冷冻切片诊断与常规石蜡切片诊断符合率为97.70%,误诊率为0.79%,术中不能确诊率为1.51%。结论开展术中冷冻切片诊断大大满足了临床医师手术中确定病变性质及确定手术范围的要求,但存在一定误诊率及不可诊断率。
Objective To analyze the influence for pathology diagnosis of intraoperatiove freeze section moved slices in operation. Methods To recalled and summarized of Pathological diagnosis of intraoperative frozen sections from 2651 cases from Jan. 2004 to Dee. 2006. Results With both frozen sections diagnosis and wax section diagnosis, the diagnosis coincidence rate is 97. 70% , error diagnosis rate 0. 79% , diagnosis uncertainty rate 1.51% in operation. Conclusion In operation frozen section diagnosis can greatly meet the needs of clinic doctors and make them decide on the nature of the disease changes and operation requirement, but there do exist some error diagnosis, diagnosis uncertainty.
