摘要
作为当代世界最具影响力的文化思潮,后现代文化思潮以其反权威、反中心、提倡多元、差异性和开放性以及主张平等对话等特点已经对我国青少年的思想观念产生重大影响。青少年教育工作者应当在深刻了解其所处的文化场域前提下,树立适应当代青少年文化特点的价值观教育新观念:目标导向—从一元主流价值取向转向多元价值澄清与引导;身份关系定位—从传统主客体关系转向主体间平等关系;内容选择—从关注历史经验转向现实生活;过程实施—从注重理性分析转向关注个体感受,在感性体悟中重建理性。
As the most influential current cultural ideological trend, post - modernism, with the characteristics of anti - authority, anti -centrism, and advocating pluralism, otherness and openness, has had great impact on the thoughts and notions of the young generation in China. Educators should have a deep understanding of the cultural environment and set up a new educational conception which is in accordance with the cultural characteristics of adolescent education, and try to restore the rationality in contemplation of sensibility.
