摘要
在妇女发展工作中落实科学发展观,不仅能彰显促进妇女发展的时代精神,体现妇女全面发展的重大意义,还为促进男女平等协调发展提供根本路径。以科学发展观为指导促进新时期妇女发展的要求:要将妇女的全面协调发展必须置于经济、政治文明发展中;要切实优化妇女发展的社会文化环境;要全面提高妇女自身素质;要提高各级妇女干部的参政、议政能力。
Implement of scientific development in women＇ s development can reflect the time spirit and significance of women＇ s full development. It can also provide entrance to promoting mutual and equal development of male and female. The great view of scientific development shall be used to guide women＇ s development in new era. First of all, their complete and politic development should be considered ; second, women＇ s social culture enviromnent should be perfected ; third, their qualifies should be promoted; and last, the ability to participate in and discuss government and political affairs for alllevel female cadres should be improved.
