摘要
基于制造过程加工误差的机理及传统误差预报模型的特点分析,提出了一种用于加工质量主动控制的综合预报模型ARGM(n,1,1),并就该模型与传统预报模型之间的联系与区别,从理论分析和典型实例应用等不同角度进行了深入的分析和研究。研究结果表明:该模型综合了传统误差预报模型的优点,具有较高的预报精度。为动态加工质量的在线监控提供了必要的理论和实践指导基础。
狝 comprehensive forecasting model ARGM (n,1,1) is set up on the basis of analysing machining error mechanism, traditional forecasting model and modern forecasting theory. The paper further researches into the model by theory analysis and application example. The new model has the merits of traditional model and higher accuracy. It provides the theoritical and practical basis for on-line monitoring and controlling dynamic working quality.
