摘要
联系美国的TMDL计划，系统介绍了历时曲线法内容及其在TMDL计划中的具体应用，分析了历时曲线法的优缺点，指出历时曲线法是一种非常有用的水质管理工具，可以代替水质模型应用到水环境管理工作中。也可以与水质模型联用，适用于我国水环境总量控制工作。
In connect with the TMDL program in USA, the content of the duration curve approach and its application in TMDLs are systematically introduced. Also, some considerations and limitations in using the approach are discussed and it points out that the approach is a very useful water quality management tool. The method can replace and combine with the water quality model in the management of water environment, and it is suitable for controlling total amount of pollu- tants in our country.
