摘要
溢油污染对海洋生态环境造成了极大破坏,重点阐述了生物修复技术对海洋溢油污染的重要清除作用,包括;溢油在环境中的转化和归宿;烃降解微生物;石油烃的生物降解机理;石油烃生物降解的影响因子和生物修复技术的应用研究;指出了生态敏感区和掩蔽型潮滩是,扛物修复的重点对象,认为应加强高效烃降解菌、生物表面活性剂、营养缓释剂的研发和基因工程菌的安全性研究,并探索多种处理方法的综合运用。
In view of the current situation of oil spilled into the sea and the potential danger of oil pollutions to the environment. This paper emphasizes the importance of bioremediation in cleaning up the spilled oil. The main contents are as following: the behavior and fate of marine oil spill in the environment, hydrocarbon degradation microorganisms, the major metabolic mechanism for hydrocarbon biodegradation, factors limiting biodegradation and the application of the current methods of bioremediation. It suggested that ecological sensitively zone and sheltered shorelines should be the major objects for bioremediation, the study of high-effective hydrocarbon degradation bacterium, biosurfaetants, slow-release nu- trient and genetically engineered microorganisms must be strengthened, and the possibility of combined treatment of physical, chemical and biological technology should be explored.
