微波辐射NaClO漂白麦草纸浆的研究

摘要 将微波辐射应用于NaClO漂白麦草浆的漂白工艺中,研究微波辐射时间,辐射功率、NaClO用量等因素对纸浆漂白效果的影响。通过和传统水浴加热漂白对比,达到相应白度时,微波辐射漂白时间大大缩短;微波辐射漂白纸浆粘度并没有过多下降;微波辐射漂白废水中的残氯要比水浴加热少得多。由正交实验得出NaClO用量对纸浆自度的影响高度显著,微波辐射时间影响最小,辐射功率的影响居中。微波辐射NaClO漂白纸浆的最佳工艺条件;微波辐射功率240W,辐射时间2.5min,NaClO用量4.2%,在此条件下,纸浆白度可达61%ISO以上。 This paper presents the technology of microwave irradiation for bleaching wheat straw pulp. The results show that raditation bleaching time is much shorter, surplus chlorine is much less and the pulp viscosity is little down by comparison bleached pulp of microwave radiation with water bath experiment. The influence of dosage of secondary Sodium chlorate on bleaching pulp is the most obvious, and irraditation time is less than irradiation power by orthogonal experiments of three factors. The most optimum conditions are, irradiation power 240W, reaction time 2.5min, dosage of secondary Sodium chlorate 4.2%. The pulp brightness is mere than 61%-98% under the condition of microwave irradiation.
