摘要
某型导弹装备包含许多复杂的数字组合,原有的测试系统存在自动化程度低、诊断速度慢、诊断精度差等许多缺点,为此设计一种基于PXI总线的自动测试系统。该系统综合运用各种仪器模块、标准接口和故障诊断等技术,实验结果表明该系统能有效地缩短测试时间,提高故障诊断能力和诊断准确率。
Missile equipment includes some complex digital combinations. There are some disadvantages in the old automatic test system （ATS） , such as low automatization, slow speed of diagnosis and less accuracy of diagnosis. So, a new ATS based on PXI bus is designed. In this ATS, some technologies are used, such as modular instruments, standard interfaces, and fault diagnosis. Test results show that test time can be shorted; the fault diagnostic ability and accuracy can be improved greatly.
