摘要
目的:探讨康复护理对下肢深度烧伤患者足下垂的预防作用。方法:按住院时间先后将64例下肢深度烧伤患者分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组常规护理,观察组在此基础上,采用综合性康复护理。结果:观察组踝关节活动度范围、背屈及趾屈活动度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组未发生足下垂,对照组发生16例,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:康复护理可预防下肢深度烧伤后足下垂。
Objective：To investigate the preventive effect of rehabilitation nursing care to foot drop in patients who suffering from deep burn of lower limbs. Methods：Sixty-two patients with deep burn of lower limbs were randomly divided into control group （n = 36）and observation group （n = 36）. The patients in control group were taken routine nursing and in observation group were taken routine nursing with rehabilitation nursing care. Results ： The motion range of ankle joint, dorsal flexion and plantar flexion in observation group were better than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no patient with foot drop in observation group while 16 patients with foot drop in control group. The difference of these two groups was significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Rehabilitation nursing care could prevent foot drop in patients with deep burn of lower limbs.
