摘要
目的:探讨小脑出血合理治疗方法。方法:对102例小脑出血患者进行回顾性总结,内科治疗96例,手术治疗6例。结果:102例中存活91例,病死11例。结论:对于未出现昏迷而症状较轻的小脑出血患者,保守治疗是一种安全措施,对于病情恶化且出现意识障碍者则应紧急手术。
Objective： To explore the effective treatment program for cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods： One hundred and sixty-two cases of cerebellar hemorrhage were studied retrospectively, of whom 96 cases were treated by medicine and the other six were received surgical operation. Results：Of the 102 cases,91 were survived and the other 11 patients were died. Conclusions： For the patients of cerebellar hemorrhage with a mild symptom who are not in a coma, conservative treatment with medicine is safe, whereas for those patients whose conditions deteriorate and whose consciousness becomes blurred,the emergency operation must be taken.
