差压式直读 BOD 测定仪的改造及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对差压式直读BOD测定仪的改造和操作方法的改善,使仪器的灵敏度提高到改造前的六倍多,最大灵敏度可达25mm/(mg·L-1);同时仪器的精密度也有很大提高,在最大灵敏度下同一水样的平行测试变异系数仅为±3.1%;不仅能测定高BOD值的水样,而且对BOD值小于3mg/L的样品也能得以可靠测量,扩大了该仪器的使用范围,提高了仪器的使用效率. The sensitivity of the BOD measure instrument with different pressure and directly reading is increased by more than six times through both reforming some parts of the instrument and improving some mehods of operation.The greatest sensitivity can be 25 mm/(mg·L -1 ).Meanwhile,the precision of the instrument becomes much better than ever before.At the greatest sensitivity the coefficient of variation is only ±3.1% for the same sample of water.After being reformed,the instrument can not only be used to measure the high BOD sample of water but also be used to measure reliably the low BOD sample of water,especially less than 3 mg/L Therefore the measuring uange of the instrument of extended and the using efficiency of the instrument is raised.
