摘要
目的观察小针刀配合整脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例。治疗组采用小针刀配合整脊复位治疗,对照组采用牵引配合整脊复位治疗,1个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组总有效率为71.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论小针刀配合整脊复位是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种较有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of little knife needle plus chiropractic adjustments in treating intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 28 cases. The treatment group received little knife needle therapy plus chiropractic adjustments and the control group, traction plus chiropractic adjustments. The therapeutic effects were compared after one course of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 93.8% in the treatment group and 71.4% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Little knife needle therapy plus chiropractic adjustments is a more effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
