摘要 Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路在胚胎发育、组织修复、癌症发生等进程中发挥重要作用。近年来多项研究发现Hh通路的异常激活与胃癌的发生、发展关系密切。本文就Hh信号通路的构成及其在胃中的表达、生理作用和胃癌发生、发展的关系等方面的研究进展作一综述。 Hedgehog（Hh） pathway plays a key role in a variety of processes, such as embryogenesis, maintenance of tissue homeostasis, tissue repair and carcinogenesis. Recent studies indicate that the aberrant activation of Hh pathway has been linked to multiple types of human cancer. Here, we present an overview of the processing and secretion of Hh pathway and the role of Hh pathway in gastric cancer.
