血管内支架成形术治疗老年颈动脉狭窄患者的体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价颈动脉支架成形术治疗老年颈动脉狭窄患者的临床效果。方法14例老年颈动脉狭窄患者在脑保护装置下施行颈动脉支架成形术并给予抗血小板聚集药物等治疗。结果10例颈动脉狭窄管径恢复正常,3例狭窄程度减少90%,1例减少70%,所有患者临床症状在1周内消失,神经功能损害症状改善。结论颈动脉支架成形术是一种预防和治疗老年人颈动脉狭窄的有效手段。
