摘要
目前微晶合金软磁材料已制成各种各样的磁性器件以替代传统硅钢、铁氧体和坡莫合金等磁性材料,介绍了微晶合金材料的磁性能,并与传统磁性材料进行对比分析,在逆变电源中,尤其在焊机逆变电源主变设计,普遍采用微晶合金为主变压器铁芯,并逐渐应用于电力电子工业及电力技术领域中。
At present microcrystalline alloy soft magnetic material has been made into a variety of magnetic devices instead of silicon steel, ferrite, pemalloy etc traditional magnetic materials. The magnetic property of microcrystalline alloy material was introduced, car- ried out contrastive analysis with traditional magnetic material. In the inverter power supply, especially for welder design microcrys- talline alloy is commonly adopted as the transformer core and it will be gradually applied to the electronic industry and technological field of electric power.
