摘要
价值工程是在对产品功能、成本进行有组织的分析基础上,根据相应的功能配值相应的成本,达到优化资源、降低成本的目的,它最初应用于产品开发设计领域,近年来在建筑领域也开始运用,但在烂尾楼复工项目中的运用尚属鲜见,文中结合具体实例探索其具体运用方法,并阐述使用效果和注意事项。
Value Engineering is base on a function of product,costs after the organized analysis,according to the function of the corresponding value of the corresponding cost allocation,to aehieve the purpose of optimize resources,lower cost. It was first used in the field of product development and design. In recent years,it also applied to start in the field of architecture,but still very rare to use in the unfinished buildings. The article will be combined with concrete examples, to explore specific application of methods of this theory in the recovery project of the unfinished buildings,represent its use of effects and notices.
