摘要
阐述目前国内外钢结构涂层附着力的检测现状以及目前广州新电视塔工程钢结构涂层的检测方法,并在大量试验的基础上提出了一种定量的快速的试验方法即现场拉力试验,该法与国外的拉伸试验和国内常用的挂片试验相比,具有检测方法简便、仪器装备快捷、检测结果直观、结果重现性好等特点。
In this paper,the current domestic and foreign steel on the coating adhesion test the status quo and the current project of Guangzhou New TV Tower steel coating detection methods. And the large number of tests made on the basis of a rapid quantitative rest methods - Tensile test at the scene. The law of the tensile test with foreign and domestic common test compared to hanging,which has a detection method is simple,fast equipment,test results intuitive,the results of the characteristics of good reproducibility.
