摘要
某大型单层地下商城建筑面积达3.3万m2,长271.5m,其技术难点是如何通过合理经济的技术措施防止超长地下室底板开裂渗水,满足建筑功能的使用要求,在满足安全性并符合相关规范标准的前提下,通过结构选型和细化设计,做到技术先进,经济合理,文中对各关键技术节点逐一进行分析探讨并提出相关建议。
This construction is a large-scale one-layer pure underground building which covers an area about 33,000 square meters with side lengths of 271.5 metres. The technical difficulty of it is meeting the requirements of using the function of a building with right and economical technical measures to avoid backplane seepage of the Ultra-long basement. The technology focus on optimizing design with aims of advanced technology and economical rationality achieved by structure selection and design refinement on premises of reaching the security and related indicate requirements of a building. The text will expound on each technical detail and proper propositions.
