摘要
发电机定子冷却水长期采用除盐水和凝结水做为补充水,小混床+间断换水处理的运行方式时,pH值经常小于7.0,铜离子含量大多数时间大于40μg/L,不能满足DL/T801-2002要求。采用定子冷却水微碱处理系统后,定子冷却水水质明显改善:电导率0.1μS/cm~0.8μS/cm,pH值7.2~7.8,铜离子小于40μg/L。
Generator stator cooling water uses desalted water and condensate water as the water supply, when the operating mode of small mix-bed adding intermittent exchange water treatment, the pH value is often less than 7.0, the eopper ion content is more than 40 μg/L which can't meet the demand of DIJT801-2002, after using weak alkalization treatment in stator cooling water system, improves the quality of stator cooling water obviously: the conductance is 0.1 μS/cm-0.8μ S/em, the pH value is in 7.2-7.8, the copper ion content is less than 40 μg/L.
