摘要
随着泛珠三角区域合作的深入和中部崛起战略的提出以及长株潭城市群两型社会的建设,给处在两大区域交集的湖南中小企业带来了新的发展机会,也带来了严峻的考验。文章在分析湖南中小企业发展现状的基础上,结合两大区域交集的特殊背景,提出了湖南中小企业应通过发挥比较优势、提高集群程度、发展现代物流、走节约型道路、进行环境营销和推动对外交流合作等具体策略,来抓住发展的良好契机获得区域优势并规避威胁获得长足发展。
With the development of the pan-pearl river delta Regional cooperation, the proposal of central area＇s uprising strategy and the establishment of resource-saving and environment-friendly society in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, small and medium sized enterprises between the pan-pearl river delta region and the central area undertake new opportunities and fierce tests. On the basis of analyzing the situation of SMEs in Hunan, this paper points out that how to seize good opportunities, how to obtain the regional edge and how to avoid the threat specially for the small and medium sized enterprises in the overlap between two regions in Hunan provice, and it also proposes some measures, that is exerting the comparative advantages, improving the degree of clustering, developing the modem logistics, following the saving road, making the environment marketing, promoting the foreign exchanges and cooperation, to gain sustainable development.
