微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能的研究 被引量:19

Effects of the Microbe Preparation on the Performance of Layers

摘要 432只初产海兰白蛋鸡随机分为4组,设3个试验组和1个对照组,每组3个重复,试验组分别添加0.05%、0.1%和0.2%的微生态制剂,以探讨微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。试验结果表明,试验组1、2、3组分别与对照组4组相比,平均蛋重分别提高了0.88%、1.41%和0.71%,差异极显著(p<0.01);产蛋率分别提高了1.42%、4.09%和1.63%,其中3、4组比较差异极显著(p<0.01),而1、2、4组之间差异不显著(p>0.05);破软蛋率分别降低了39%、61%和60%,差异不显著(p>0.05);死淘率分别降低了63.56%、75.03%和48.58%,差异显著(p<0.05);料蛋比分别降低了9.79%、12.77%和7.23%,差异不显著(p>0.05);平均每只鸡获利分别提高了20.14%、26.47%和10.30%,增收效益明显,其中又以2组(0.1%添加组)为最高,表明微生态制剂0.1%添加最为适宜,可以得到最佳饲喂效果。 432 Hy-line onset of layers were randomly divided into 4 groups, 3 replicates each group, the three experimental groups were received 0.05%,0.1% and 0.2% microbe preparation to find the effects of the microbe preparation on the performance of layers. The results showed that compared with the control group, three groups(1,2,3) increased by 0.88%,1.41% and the average egg weight of the experimental 0.71%, the rate of laying increased by 1.42%,4.09% and 1.63%, the ratio of broken eggs decreased by 39%,61% and 60%,the feed/egg ratio decreased by 9.79%,12.77% and 7.23%, the benefit of three experimental groups increased by 20.14%,26.47% and 10.30%.The 2nd group(0.1%) were the most suitable group which can get the best performance.
